The Lake Norman Church of Christ seeks to be a people shaped into the image of Jesus Christ by loving our neighbors near and far.  Because of this vision, we support a variety of missions around the world as well as local missions and outreach efforts.

  • Carolina Bible Camp

    Located on 100 acres in Mocksville, NC, Carolina Bible Camp and Retreat Center is one of North Carolina’s most cherished outdoor camps. The facilities host up to 250 people in air conditioned cabins and provide recreational opportunities for swimming, basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, disc golf, and crafts. The Lake Norman congregation provides full support to hosting “Week 7”, an event that brings Christians together from across the southeast to glorify Jesus in worship and in community, making it the best part of summer year after year!

     

  • Orphan's Lifeline International

    The mission of Orphan’s Lifeline of Hope since its beginning has been to help the millions of orphans who will never be adopted, to engage the church in carrying out the mandate of James 1:27, and to provide the help and resources that will enable churches to carry out this good work.

     

  • Lake Norman Faith

    This evangelism effort publishes weekly devotional content & podcast episodes by several respected brothers in the Lord’s church from across the nation. The mission of Lake Norman Faith is to bravely build a culture that creatively engages and inspires all people to seek Christ and to live a better life. Currently, Lake Norman Faith shares the Gospel via the internet across eight different countries.

     

  • Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort

    COCDRE immediately responds to any major disaster in the continental United States by sending truckloads of emergency food, water, cleaning, and other supplies to disaster victims. This organization only works through the local Church of Christ in the community or town, where the disaster has occurred. Supplies will be distributed by the local congregation in the name of the Lord to anyone who has been affected by the disaster regardless of race, color, creed, or religion.

     

  • Bayside Church of Christ

    The congregation of the Lord’s church known as Bayside Church of Christ located began meeting in 1972. The church, located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, is committed to the New Testament pattern of Christianity without adding or taking from. Bayside church of Christ continues to grow spiritually through the support of Lake Norman.

     

  • Jenkins Institute

    The Jenkins Institute strives to do many things to help congregations, but the primary focus is on those in ministry. The Jenkins Institute provides resources, conferences, and counsel as we strive to live out our mission of “Serving God’s Servants.” Jeff and Dale Jenkins, both experienced ministers, work together to encourage, love, and serve those who choose to labor in His kingdom.

     

  • MAGI Box Project

    The MAGI Project is a tool to share God’s love with a hurting world. There is power in a gift box when given with the love and message of Jesus Christ. We have an opportunity to Make A Godly Impact throughout the world by meeting physical needs of a child living in poverty and your gift opens doors and hearts of their families and communities to hear the word of God.

     

  • Just Christians Missions

    Gary & Deborah Dull have pioneered taking the gospel and planting the Lord’s church in Colon, Cuba. Their lives are committed to evangelize, edify, and equip the saints in Cuba. The elders at North Main Church of Christ, in Mocksville NC, oversee this mission with the financial support of various congregations.

     

  • Eastern European Missions

    EEM publishes, prints, and distributes Bibles and Bible-based materials in 30+ countries and 20+ languages through a vast network of partner churches and organizations. These materials are given to individuals, families, children in youth camps, refugees, mission churches, public universities, public schools, public libraries, prisons, hospitals, orphanages, campaign groups, and anywhere else Bibles are needed. The mission is to share God’s Word with the people of Eastern Europe and beyond and seek to educate and inspire God’s servants in this work.

     

  • Ihle Crew Missions

    Scott & Alexis Ihle develop content for the lost, and make it available online in their own native language. The vision of Logos Answers website is to make the gospel available online to any truth-seeker in the world in their own native language, and then to connect them with a local church.
